We are starting 2023 off with a bang! ▶ Maryland Blue Crab Cakes ▶ Linguine & Clams ▶ Chinois Chicken Salad, all from @wolfgangpucklv Bar and Grill, located in the MGM Grand, Las Vegas. I have come here almost annually since 2016 and have not been disappointed.
The Maryland Blue Crab Cakes are a great way to start the meal; we shared them to ensure we had room for our meals. They are a bit small but are big on flavor and filled with crab, not filler–and the green goddess sauce compliments it perfectly.
My meal was the Linguine & Clams served with shishito peppers, scallions, and a miso-garlic butter that is so rich and delicious it will make you wish you could lick the plate!
The Chinois Chicken salad is enormous and can easily be shared between two people. It is packed with juicy chicken, candied cashews, crispy wontons, and veggies and is served with a sesame-soy-mustard vinaigrette.
All-in-all this was a great first meal of our Vegas trip and we highly recommend coming here if you are visiting LV.
